The trial is based on the Business plan. The reason? We want to give you the ability to discover the features, understand its full potential before making any commitment. During the 7-day trial, you can try out all the great features that Thinkspace has to offer.
If you feel that the Thinkspace features do not meet your needs, fair enough, we respect that. When your trial ends, your Space along with your existing users will be automatically disabled and closed. No credit card information is captured so you won't be charged unless you upgrade to a paid account.
Before your trial expires, you can purchase a subscription by going to the Settings page > Space Settings and select a plan. Once you are on a paying subscription, you will have access to your account with all the information you have created during the trial.

Login to your admin account and visit the settings page by going to Settings > Space Settings. From there, you can change your plan, add or remove user seats, and update your billing information.
Billing is based on the subscription plan that you would like to use, and the number of users on the platform. You can choose a preferred subscription payment - billed on a month-to-month or annual basis. Payment is made in one upfront installment. When you purchase a plan for one year, you will pay for one year upfront.
If you have turned on recurring payment, we will automatically send you an invoice and deduct payment for the next billing cycle. E.g. you have paid for a month subscription for the use from 1 Aug to 1 Sep. The next payment will automatically process on 2 Sep, for the next month subscription.
The payment history, invoices, payment details, plan type, and more are available to the admin. Simply go to Settings > Space Settings to manage your billing information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, credit and debit cards. Payment via PayNow is accepted for customers based in Singapore. We accept invoices for Enterprise orders that meet a minimum fee.
As long as you cancel your subscription before it renews each month, you will not be charged. Otherwise, you will retain access to your existing plan features through the end of your paid period.
We recommend the Starter Plan if you are new to innovation management. Our Starter Plan provides you with most of the features you need to get started in generating and managing ideas systematically. During the free trial, you can try out the Business Plan features before officially committing.
When you go beyond a small team and start to generate more ideas, you often need more fine-grained control over the innovation process. For example, our evaluation feature is extremely useful for prioritizing ideas. Thus, if you have expanding to 100 users or planning to take ideation seriously, we recommend the Business Plan. With Business Plan, you have access to almost all features and also get more flexibility in terms of the number of users to subscribe for.
For larger organizations, the Enterprise Plan will be the best fit. As the number of users increases, you obviously prefer a more predictable fixed-term pricing, which the Enterprise Plan offers. Also, if you have specific needs, Enterprise Plan is the best option for you.
