Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information. We may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, information you submit while using our Services.
Personal Information includes the information submitted through the registration process: your email, name, as well as other Personal Information you explicitly decide to share with us while using Our Services. If you are the representative of an Organization, you may choose to identify yourself by your Organization name. If any of the data that you provided is inaccurate or incomplete, you can change it in the “Settings” of our Services, or by contacting us directly.
Payment Information includes the information submitted through Stripe or PayNow process: your billing and mailing address, credit card information, email, name, contact number as well as other Personal Information you explicitly decide to share with us while using Our Services. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Your email address and other correspondence to and from us may be recorded for various purposes such as monitoring customer service quality or compliance, checking accuracy of the information you provide us, preventing fraud or providing training for our staff or customer service representatives. Any information obtained from you through Customer support will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.
We offer you the functionality of using your social media credentials or single-sign-on to enter our Site. In that manner, we may access information about you which you have voluntarily provided through your social media account or single-sign-on account provider in accordance with such provider's policies, and we will manage and use any such personal data in accordance with this Policy at all times.
Thinkspace may collect and receive User Data from the website, workspace and Other Information in a variety of ways:
Account Creation & Login: To facilitate account creation and login, if you choose to link your Thinkspace account with a third party provider such as Azure Single Sign On, we will use the information that you allowed us to capture from the third parties.
Operational Activity: Thinkspace uses your Data to update, maintain and protect our Services, Websites and Business. These include the use of Other Information to support delivery of the Services so as to prevent or address service errors, security or technical issues, analyze and monitor usage, trends and other activities upon User’s request.
Third Party Services: Thinkspace may integrate, collect and share Data with third party services to track the activity usage of Users. When integrated, Thinkspace may share Other Information with Third Party Services such as Google Analytics, Stripe and Single Sign On Service Providers. These Third Party Services are not owned nor controlled by Thinkspace, therefore they have their own policies and practices for data collection and use.
User Activity: Thinkspace automatically collect certain information when Visitors visit the Site and when Users or Posters access the Services. This information consists of IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site Visitors visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site, and our Services.
Enhanced Service Offerings: Thinkspace is constantly improving existing Services by bringing in useful features to your Workspaces and Users. For example, we may improve search functionality by using Data to determine and rank the relevance of content to Users, incorporate Service suggestions based on historical use and predictive models, identify industry trends and insights, and customize a Services experience to drive increased productivity and make data-driven decisions.
Communication: Thinkspace may send you service, technical and other administrative emails and other types of communications. We may also update you about changes in our Services, our Services offerings, and important Services-related notices, such as security and fraud notices. These communications are considered part of the Services which you may not opt out from. Moreover, we sometimes send promotional emails about new product features, promotional communications or other news about Thinkspace. These are marketing emails which you can control whether you want subscribe to.
Customer Service: Thinkspace may use your Data and Other Information to communicate with you by responding to your requests, comments and questions through emails or social media channels.
Billing & Adminstrative Matters: Thinkspace may contact you for the purpose of invoicing, account management and hence, we use your account Data to administer accounts and track of billing payments.

Sharing within Thinkspace: We may share your Personal Information within Thinkspace, where we manage our internal operations, for business purposes, legal and regulatory purposes, analytics purposes and marketing purposes to ensure we have correct or up to date information about you and to better manage your relationship with us.
We will only retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying accounting, reporting, or legal requirements.

Thinkspace Education provides Services to teaching professionals and students. We will only collect students' and teaching professionals' data where such collection is authorised by participating educational institutions in the country. We will share these data with third party service providers solely to the extent necessary for them to perform a business or technology support function for our Service. This may include data processing, account management, integration with third party services or the provision of usage analytics.
Education institutes will have direct control of student data at all times. If a school wishes to inspect, review, amend or delete data we have collected from a student, they may submit an authorised request to us in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org using a school email address that is registered on Thinkspace Education account. To protect the student's privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person who made the request before granting access to data or approval for deletion.
Thinkspace will communicate with you via electronic means (e.g. SMS, chat, emails). We may forward notifications about activity on any of our Services, that we deem relevant for you, to your email or as an in-app notification. Examples of such activities are if you have been invited to Thinkspace, or if a new challenge has been launched, or if someone tags you in a comment. You can opt out of some of these notifications by changing the notification settings in any of Our Services.
In relation to Direct Marketing, we will obtain your consent before using your Personal Information to send you product news or useful information on how to use our product that we deem relevant. However, Thinkspace will not forward any marketing materials from third parties to you.
